About the artist

Adriana Arroyo was born in San José, Costa Rica in 1981. Recent exhibitions include A Paradise Built in Hell, Kunstverein in Hamburg, Germany, The Vertigo of Shallow Depths, Gowen Contemporary, Geneva, Switzerland (solo). Her work has also been shown at NICC, Antwerp; Oslo 10, Basel and Gallery Gabriel Rolt, Amsterdam, Berlinale Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival and Oberhausen Short Film Festival. She currently lives in Berlin.
